  • How to run a difficult Press Conference
  • Essential guidelines and checklists for TV Interviews
  • Implementing a Reputation Management Strategy
  • Case Studies - Those who survived, how did they achieve that?
  • Crisis Communications Exercise – Press conference to a given scenario
